MACEDON. Skione. Circa 404-400 BC. Tetrobol (Silver, 12 mm, 6.90 g, 4 h), reduced standard. Youthful male head to right, wearing tainia. Rev. ΣKIΩ-NAIΩN Corinthian helmet to right; to left, olive spray; all within shallow round incuse. AMNG III, -. HGC 3.1, 680. SNG ANS 713 var. (no olive spray). SNG Copenhagen 320 var. (no olive spray). Traité IV 1024. Rare. Slightly rough and with a faint scratch on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
